Metro Infrastructure is proud to support organizations and initiatives that strengthen communities and celebrate culture. Our long-standing partnership with Embrave Agency to End Violence reflects our commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by abuse and violence. Embrave provides essential services such as emergency shelter, crisis counselling, and community programs that help survivors rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.
Metro’s collaboration with Embrave began in 2018 through an annual clothing drive and expanded in 2024 to year-round support. This includes sponsoring holiday initiatives, gifting directly to families, and donating non-perishable food and essential items based on the shelter’s most pressing needs.
In October 2024, Metro extended its community outreach by supporting the Women and Children’s Precious Shelter (WCPS) through donations of food, household goods, and clothing, reinforcing our commitment to meaningful community engagement.
Metro and its group of companies are also actively involved in cultural initiatives, particularly within the West Indian community. In January 2025, Metro hosted its first Chutney Show, celebrating music and dance, and continues to organize the All-Fours Tournament, bringing teams from Canada, the United States, and Trinidad together to promote cultural connection and community spirit.

- The City of Brampton, through Mayor Patrick Brown, awarded Metro a Certificate of Recognition in acknowledgment of our contributions to the city’s growth and our dedication to delivering secure, reliable construction solutions that support businesses and residents alike.
- Metro has also been honoured with the Safety Performance Award from the Utility Contractors Association of Ontario, recognizing our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards across all projects.
